THE HAUNTED Joined By COLDTEARS Singer At Gothenburg Gig

Swedish metallers THE HAUNTED were joined by Gustav Alander of COLDTEARS onstage during their October 2, 2008 concert at the Brewhouse in Gothenburg, Sweden for a rendition of their song "99". A couple of photos of the performance can be found below.

COLDTEARS is an up-and-coming Gothenburg-based metal band which has been around since 2005.

One of COLDTEARS' former members is Adam Gelotte (drums),the brother of IN FLAMES guitarist Björn Gelotte.

"Versus", the new album from THE HAUNTED, has registered the following chart positions:

Sweden: Week 1: #14, Week 2: #37
Finland: Week 1: #12

The CD was recorded in part at PUK studio in Denmark with producer Tue Madsen (HEAVEN SHALL BURN, DARK TRANQUILLITY, MOONSPELL, etc),who previously worked with the group on its two most recent LPs, "rEVOLVEr" (2004) and "The Dead Eye" (2006).
